SHIPPING
All items normally take up to 4 business weeks after the order has been processed. NOTE: This does not include shipping time. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends are considered exempt from normal business days.
Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. The selected shipping method applies after the order has been processed.
Trap Capz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Trap Capz is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.
Trap Capz is not responsible for undeliverable packages, or Return to Senders. If your order is Returned to Sender, you will be issued a refund once we receive the package.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
Please note that Trap Capz is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges that may be applied by your country’s customs agency upon delivery.
These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in the price of your item or shipping cost at checkout. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For orders shipping to countries within the European Union, the local customs may impose import and handling fees through third-party brokers (e.g., UPS Customs Brokerage), which must be paid before the package is released. We understand these unexpected costs can be frustrating, but they are outside of our control and are non-refundable.
If you have any questions or concerns about customs fees in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
RETURN POLICY
Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted for our custom headwear items. These are custom commissioned pieces, and no item will be the same, as they have been hand crafted specifically for you.
However, if you encounter any quality issues, please contact support@trapcapz.com with your order number, pictures of the merchandise, and the reason of return within 14 days of delivery for assistance. It is our top priority that you are satisfied with your purchase.
