We only offer snapback caps/hats which are adjustable to fit most adult head sizes. The adjustable snap offers a personalized fit, suitable for a broader range of head sizes and choices. Curved bill snapback caps and trucker caps have a tighter fit around the temples of your face than a regular flat-brim snapback.

All items normally take up to 5 business weeks to customize after the order has been processed. NOTE: This does not include shipping time. The order is shipped within 24-hours of complete customization. Shipping times vary based upon the shipping method selected at checkout.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Each item is custom embellished and has been hand crafted specifically for you.
We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping, however, if you encounter a quality issue, please contact support@trapcapz.com within 14-days from delivery for assistance. It is our top priority that you are satisfied with your purchase. If the item qualifies for return, it must be returned in original packaging and in unused and unworn condition. We will provide a full refund immediately upon return receipt of the product. Bank providers may take 3-10 business days to process the refund back to the original method of payment.
We begin customization shortly after each order is processed. Your order can only be cancelled and/or the design changed if the process of customization has not begun. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@trapcapz.com. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing.
If your order cannot be changed or canceled, you may either refuse delivery of shipment or ship the order back to us. Trap Capz is not responsible for return shipping fees.
No, once an order has been paid for it is automatically invoiced. Any additional purchase needs would require placing a new separate order.
